Shearwater Group plc Zero Carbon Initiative
Shearwater Group plc announces that it’s portfolio companies: Geolang, Brookcourt Solutions, Pentest, SecurEnvoy, Xcina IS and Xcina Consulting have implemented a zero carbon programme.
The Shearwater Group plc companies are contributing in this initiative by way of offsetting their carbon footprint through planting trees within the UK. The amount of trees planted is calculated through how many tons of carbon dioxide the groups activities generate annually and how many trees it would take to offset those emissions.
As a result Shearwater Group plc will have planted in Bank Woods, Summerbridge in Yorkshire.
