What We Do
Xcina Consulting (a Shearwater Group plc company) assist organisations in understanding, managing and mitigating the risks relevant to their internal and external environments including business continuity and crisis management, data protection (GDPR), information/cyber security, PCI DSS, FCA and PRA regulatory compliance, financial and operational processes, third party management and transformation projects. We also provide independent assurance services operating within the second and their line functions such as compliance and internal audit.

How We Do It
All our consultants hold industry qualifications, have held senior positions in their own right, and have a minimum of 10 years’ relevant commercial experience.
